Explainables publishes interactive essays: long-form writing about one idea at a time, with the idea's actual model embedded in the prose. Every essay makes an argument, and the argument arrives with its apparatus — a working simulation of the idea, sitting in the page, ready to be run against your own assumptions.

Every interactive is built from a pure, tested model — the same mathematics the essay argues from. If an essay claims a threshold exists, the code that draws it has a test pinning that threshold.
